Clause 6.

We suggest the deletion and the new wording

as given for the Resident Engineer.

Clause 8. We would like the addition of the

following words "The Resident Engineer (or? Head of

Department) may without notice suspend the person engaged

from duty pending reference to the Government and the

Consulting Engineers regarding dismissal".

Clause 9 (1) and (2). Please refer to our

suggestions with regard to the Resident Engineer, but

substitute three months for six months.

We shall hope to let you have our views on the

draft agreement for Class II officers in the course of a

day or two.
